Administrative Assistant – Hayward, CA

SUMMARY This role includes providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general day-to-day operation


  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Completes confidential administrative services for the Management
  • Compile all receipts for various vendors on a daily basis
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience within the solar industry is highly desirable
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision; must be a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
