PetersenDean Awarded $1.2 Million Multi-family Commercial Roofing Project Houston, Texas
FREMONT, CA — PetersenDean, a privately-held roofing and solar company, announced the recently awarded $1.2 million multi-family commercail roofing project for the Domain Memorial in Houston, TX from Rampart Construction, one of the largest general contractors in the state of Texas.
The 285,600-square-foot property will include upscale townhomes with luxurious features and amenities. “The Texas PetersenDean team has done numerous large projects with the Rampart Organization and this was a direct result of developing a strong long term relationship by focusing on customer service,” said Mark Vogel, Vice President of Texas-PetersenDean Roofing & Solar.
On the fast track with construction and ahead of schedule, the project is in its preliminary construction phase and roofing will be installed in the next 60 to 90 days. The product planned to be used is concrete barrell tile from Boral Roofing’s Tejas Espana “S” tile line, described as “the classic style of Spanish architecture popular in California’s missions that create a beautiful rustic appearance with the durability of concrete.”
