General Superintendent – Anaheim, CA

The General Superintendent is charged with overall production of all jobs. The position requires daily oversight of all aspects of job functions and execution including, but not limited to accuracy of estimating, coordination of materials and labor, management of the schedule, budgetary responsibility, and insuring adherence to scope and quality requirements.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with crew leaders to ensure proper installation
  • Ability to review information on bids of new scopes of work
  • Work with Estimating to ensure accuracy and timeliness of proposals
  • Meet with superintendents to ensure jobs are running as scheduled
  • Complete all paperwork needed to comply with builders


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with the building/construction trades
  • Excellent organizational, management and communication skills
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
