Operations Assistant- Livermore, Ca

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact with internal superintendents, dispatch, & builder superintendents
  • Compile daily production results
  • Enter jobsite status
  • Receive builder schedules from Supply Pro & other online builder scheduling tools
  • Ensure the efficient & timely distribution of materials to match labor demand
  • Coordinate with billings team & AR team on daily draw completions
  • Coordinate multiple new construction roofing projects from start to finish
  • Data Entry
  • Production Back Charges
  • Field Extra Billing – Closed Jobs for Production
  • Any other responsibilities deemed necessary to the business

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a requirement
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience in scheduling; construction scheduling is a plus
  • Bilingual is required
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work cross functionally with various organizations internally & externally
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Must be a team player
