I would like to update you since my last message. Two and a half years ago we moved away from foreign made products and transitioned to American made products. We were having quality, delivery and follow through issues with our overseas vendors. Buying only American was one of the best choices I have made in my professional career. American made products cost a bit more but the quality is much higher and the response from our customers has been overwhelming.

I thought we would lose out on a few sales because we might not be as price competitive but the opposite happened. It turned out that I wasn’t the only one who wanted to support American workers and their families. The response made me think of a quote I heard “when was the last time you bought something cheap and were happy with it”. Now two and a half years later we are the largest installer of American made solar systems in the United States. Not only did our customers applaud our decision, they told their friends and families about us. Offering high-quality American made products in addition to our Senior, Veteran & Median income discounts has created a substantial backlog. That backlog has generated some delays for our customers and prompted me to write the previous letter. Well, we are happy to say after many long nights and weekends we have caught up and installing faster than ever.
